Frequently Asked Questions
Consultations are billed by the hour. Full-room and whole-home projects receive a fixed, line-item quote after a free walkthrough — most single rooms land between a long weekend away and a small car, and you will see exactly where every dollar goes before we start.
A single room takes three to six weeks from concept to styling day. Whole floors run eight to twelve weeks, and remodels with structural work are programmed honestly around permits and lead times — with weekly photo updates throughout.
Yes. We work with licensed, insured trades we have used for years, schedule them around your life, and handle permit and HOA paperwork on remodels and commercial fit-outs.
Our installation workmanship and specified finishes: joinery movement, tile and grout integrity, paint adhesion and fitted lighting. Wear-and-tear and accidental damage aren’t covered, but we will always help arrange repairs at trade rates.
Gladly — most projects keep at least one beloved piece. We design around it, reupholster or relocate where it helps, and only suggest replacements that earn their place.
Every full-service project includes photoreal 3D views and 360 panoramas. You can also order a standalone plan-and-visual pack for any room with no further obligation.
Terms & conditions
The Fine Print, Plainly
Quotes are fixed for 60 days and itemized down to fittings. A 30% deposit reserves your programme; stage payments follow visible milestones, never dates.
Photographs of finished rooms may appear in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise before handover — we never publish family names, addresses or floor plans.
Either party may pause a project with seven days’ notice; completed work and ordered goods are invoiced at cost. Questions? Ask the studio directly.
